Casting and auditions have under gone massive changes. Auditions and cold readings are recorded and can be uploaded immediately to show the directors and producers who may or may not even be in the same state as the casting director. This quick casting helps the producers narrow down the call back list. Electronic submissions have given casting offices the ability to see more talent in less time. On-camera auditions require a strong set of training skills. Talent has to be able to both be warm and friendly when in person and also understand the cameras technical needs
